Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment, where we carefully examine foot structure, gait, and any specific concerns to ensure a truly personalized fit. Using cutting-edge 3D scanning technology, we capture a digital model of each foot, allowing us to design insoles with perfect precision. This in-depth consultation takes about an hour, giving our orthotists the time they need to craft a design just right for you.

Once the design is perfected, it’s sent to our in-house lab, where high-quality materials are used to bring it to life. The milling machine gets to work, precisely shaping the insole in just 10 to 15 minutes, depending on complexity. After milling, we refine each piece by skiving, tracing to match shoe dimensions, and finishing with a durable, comfortable cover.

Our orthotist then performs the final sanding work, carefully inspecting each insole to ensure it meets our high standards. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees that every insole delivers optimal support, comfort, and durability, tailored perfectly to each individual’s needs.
